Sit back in our indoor oasis full of fragrant flora and fauna every Saturday, as you enjoy some well-earned respite from the hustle and bustle of the big city at Mr Fogg’s Botanical Brunch. With a spectacularly delectable menu, choose from a variety of brunch favourites with a botanical twist, such as bacon & maple pancakes with fresh fruit and edible flowers, portobello mushroom steak, home-cured G&T salmon with Baltic hash browns, honey-roasted ham and much more. Enjoy the menu à la carte, or enjoy a main course and dessert, alongside two hours of bottomless botanical Bellinis for just £36 per person.

This January, join us down at the Society of Exploration every Sunday, for our new spectacular Singalong Socie-tea! That’s right, enjoy our delectable Socie-tea, as you embark on a sensory journey around the world, make merry, and sing along to timeless classics on the Ol’ Johanna!
Begin by sampling flavours inspired by five of the seven continents, before choosing your final destination. Each miniature libations, will be rich with the flavours of their corresponding continents and introduced by one of our libation cryptographers through a vocal narrative. The chosen spirit’s fascinating origins will be unveiled with compelling tales dating back over six thousand years.
Sing and sip, as you indulge in expertly paired sweet or savoury bites to complement each tipple and similarly reflect the region’s flavours. Then, choose your favourite and enjoy a teapot of your preferred destination as we sit back and reflect on our global travels.

Join us this January at the Residence for a spectacular whisky tasting experience. Sit back on our beautiful, cosy Botanical Terrace, as our in-house expert guides you through five exquisite whiskies. Purchase a cigar to enjoy with your tipples for an additional £25 per person.

Sip on exquisite cocktails in our cosy Rangoon Steamer
Anchored next to the Dockside Drinkery is the life-size Rangoon Steamer. Complete with beautifully curtained windows, grand chandeliers and equipped with its very own bar, you can experience all the splendour of travelling first class. Sip on exceptionally crafted cocktails and enjoy a selection of delicious Indian-fusion dishes to pair with your libations.
Gin Safari
Mr Fogg's Gin Parlour
Enjoy a unique and educational gin tasting experience every Monday & Tuesday from 7pm.
Enjoy a welcome G&T, followed by four gin tasters as you and your fellow hunters enjoy one and a half hours of expert tuition – covering gin, botanicals and tonics – and become masters of mother’s ruin.
Then, have the chance to hand pick a gin of your choice from The Gin Room – where Mr Fogg keeps his vast collection of over 230 gins – as you create your own G&T and earn your Safari Certificate.
