Phileas J. Fogg welcomes you to his brand new Botanical Brunch to celebrate the last Bank Holiday of May! Join us on 28th May for an exclusive Sunday brunch, on the ground floor of the flora-filled House of Botanicals.

Step into a delightful indoor Victorian oasis, where you can bask in the beauty of the fragrant flora and fauna that surround you. Indulge in a leisurely afternoon with a spectacularly delectable two-course brunch menu featuring a main and dessert, including French Toast, Eggs Florentine, Pink Fluffy Pancakes and Chocolate Fudge Brownie.

Enjoy one and a half hours of free-flowing Botanical Prosecco Bellinis, served from glass watering cans and available three delightfully unique flavours. Choose from a range of botanical purées including Cucumber & Mint; Strawberry, Red Rose & Lemon Thyme; Red & Orange Pepper; or our unique clear botanical Bloody Mary. Then, build and decorate your own Bellini from a range of Prosecco & kombucha, foams, flowers, botanicals, sweets, fruits and vegetables. What better way to start the bank holiday?

As a special gift from Mr Fogg, you will receive wildflower seeds for you to cultivate your very own Victorian-style oasis at home.

Exclusively for the Bank Holiday Sunday, the experience is wonderfully enhanced by a live two-piece band, playing the most marvellous of melodies throughout your bruncheon.
