The ultimate bucket-list for adventurous imbibers! From creating your own gin at Mrs Fogg’s to celebrating Burns Night at Mr Fogg’s Society of Exploration- start the new year right and try out our experiences below, created for the truly adventurous.

1. Create Your Own Gin

Mrs Fogg's Dockside Distillery & Drinkery

Calling all brave and aspiring buccaneers to head below deck and embark on Mrs Fogg’s Gin Adventure. Sneak past the upper-class gentry on Mrs Fogg’s Victorian steamship down to the EnGINe Room, which has been fashioned into an illicit gin distillery.

After a welcome cocktail and an introduction to gin production from the Engine Master, you’ll work together to earn your safe passage aboard the ship, tasked to produce your own gin performing different tasks in this very immersive experience! With different flavours and botanicals, you’ll create a unique batch of hooch. Test its quality in a G&T, before taking home a personalised 200ml bottle of gin – an evocative reminder of life below deck. Your Gin Adventure will include light nibbles.

2. Try A Hot Cocktail

Mr Fogg's Secret Garden

Following his recent travels to cooler climates, Phileas Fogg has become fond of a warmer libation. He encourages all his patrons to indulge in a ‘Mulling Over Mischief’ this January, best enjoyed in the Secret Winter Garden.

3. Burns Night

Mr Fogg’s Society of Exploration

Celebrate Burns Night and sample adventurous whisky cocktails with a side of haggis! In celebration of one of Phileas Fogg’s favourite poets, Robert Burns, patrons of The Society are invited for an evening of Aberfeldy Whisky cocktails, haggis and other Scottish nibbles and entertainment from a traditional Scottish piper. Reel the night away and soak up the spirit and adventure of the great writer. Kilts encouraged, but not essential.
