Begin with comforting starters such as Cream of Butternut Squash Soup with crème fraîche and chives, or Smoked Salmon with a salad of baby prawns, tomato salsa and cocktail sauce.
For the main event, enjoy Roast Turkey stuffed with apricot and sage, served with Brussels sprouts, pancetta and chestnuts – or opt for Braised Feather Blade of Beef with creamed potatoes and rich gravy. Vegetarian guests can savour the Mushroom, Chestnut & Tarragon Suet Pudding with white bean cassoulet. To finish, indulge in timeless puddings like Traditional Christmas Pudding with brandy custard, Sticky Toffee Pudding with caramel sauce, or an Apple & Cinnamon Crumble Tart with custard.
